Great Weight Management Crackers

Hi everybody. My name is Richard and I am a truck driver. I weighed in at 238lbs. and had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I am only 5′ 8″. Last year (13 months ago)I started a diet that consisted of 2000 to 2400 calories a day. I have stuck to it and haven’t gone off it. My wife would buy brancrisps and was sold on them already. She got me to try them and I eventually included them every day in my diet. We buy them by the case now to take advantage of the savings we get. I have to tell you they keep you regular and I have never had a problem with that since I have been eating them. I now weigh between 173 and 178 and my blood pressure is normal and can’t wait to be tested for my cholesterol to see what that is. I feel so much better now. How Bran Crispbread helped my diet success

I am a faithful follower of the Atkins Diet, and one thing that you lose is the ability to have something truly crunchy. So I did some research on the Internet and I found these wonderful crunch crispbreads that have almost no carbs.  The added bonus is that it was filled with fiber. So now I found a great tasting product, filled with fiber and almost no carbs. It was a true wonder. I started designing food that I could eat with the crispbreads, like roast-beef and mozzarella cheese on top of the crispbreads, and then broiled for a minute. I made little pizzas, I spread soy butter on it, I put cream cheese and carb free fruit spread.  I can tell you that finding these crunchy, healthy, great tasting crisbread product has helped. Now I used the sprinkles in yogurt, cream cheese deserts like low carb cheesecake, and just plain as a snack. Thank you GG, because of you I have lost almost 45lbs and I am close to the body that I want. Amazing product. I can’t recommend it enough. P.S. Did I say that they are very filling but light? No. Well, they are! They are a great way to add that fiber and fill you up with no fat, almost no carbs and great taste!

Weight Watchers Momentum Points System

Hi my name is Kat and I am a new member of the GG Bran blog but a loyal customer to GG Bran Crispbread. First let me say that I have recently been introduced to the new Sprinkles Product through a sample I orderd while visiting the site. WOW….I love them. (I know love is a strong word but…) I have to share something with you that I discovered, although I will guess this is old news.

I am currently following the Weight Watchers Momentum program which emphasizes a point system based on calories, fat, and fiber. I have been eating a light yogurt in the morning and have always crushed up some of my crispbread crackers in a bowl to add to my yogurt to add fiber. Well since I have joined the WWP I recently entered the numbers for my light yogurt into the points calculator and my yogurt was a 1.2 point food product. But….after adding a serving of Fiber Sprinkles and recalculating, the point value goes from 1.2 to .6 . That is a difference of -.6 points (yes that was a decrease). So now we have this very interesting thing where by adding a couple of servings per day of your product I either allow my self the opportunity to increase my daily intake of food without jeopardizing my daily points allowance recommended by Weight Watchers or I am decreasing my daily points and increasing the programs effect on my diet. Lets call this phenomenon “subtraction through addition”.

I am currently trying to stick to my Weight Watchers Momentum Points system without calculating the effect of the GG Bran on each meal or snack. The result is that I am loyal to the system and have decreased my consumption by 3 to 4 total points per day or over 10%. Do you see where I am going with this? I must say also that not only have I decreased the daily points load by 10% I also feel fuller based on the increased fiber.

Since I am sharing I will also add that the additional fiber has done wonders for my digestive system and it is my belief that it is helping me detoxify my body.

Thank you for such an amazingly simple addition to my diet.
