Help with Constipation

I discovered this product at my local health food store.  I absolutely love it.  For breakfast, I put peanut butter and jelly on them.  At lunch and dinner, I use butter.  I sometimes use them as a substitute for bread in a turkey sandwich.  Works very well!!

I have suffered from chronic constipation since childhood, and this product has helped me immensely.  I started eating a pack a day (a true addict), and my local store could not keep up with my consumption.  I attempted to duplicate the recipe and make the crackers at home.  They were horrible.  That’s when I went online to see if I could order direct.  I was delighted to see how easy it is to order online.  Now I keep my stash in the basement, and I can access it at anytime!  I’m hooked for life.  Thank you!

Sincerely,

Eyleen Hawkins

Eat to live not Live to eat

It all started 7 months ago as my very own science experiment to see if I could lose a dress size in 14 days.  My nutritionist promised me a diet that was high protein with no carbs.  Lots of eggs, milk, whey protein isolate and chicken breasts but I never told my nutritionist that I was keeping my Brancrisps in the diet.  I did not write them down in my food diary as I only needed 1-2 crisps a day to work me off of carbs and feel satisfied.

What did I have to lose? In 2 weeks, I was a dress size smaller and in 7 months, instead of a size 14– I am now a size 2 !  I have lost 5o pounds and am still on a low carb regimen for life. This way of eating has me craving spinach, hard boiled eggs and GG Brancrisps when I want to feel good and not cheat on my diet.

Being an avid cook, I have found several ways to incorporate Brancrisps into a small, nutritious snack with veggies or just eating them plain knowing that I am not going to overdo it and feel guilty for the rest of the day.

I have introduced friends, family and coworkers to the brancrisps and they all like the product.  There is always a nutritious alternative to any lifestyle or diet and GG Brancrisps will definitely stay with me for the rest of my life.

GG Bran and The Thin Commandments Diet

I have been using the GG Bran crackers for over three years now. They have become a staple of my diet. The best sandwiches ever!! I buy them by the case and hand them out to all who will listen, as I truly believe in them. I found out about the crackers when I purchased the Thin Commandments Diet book! Which, by the way works. I have tried everything there is and I live my life now,by the Commandments and my crackers! Thank Goodness I really like them!! Now You have made the Sprinkles, what a great idea! I have been using the Fiber one to sprinkle on (in the book) and am really looking forward to adding them to my daily regime. Should be so much healthier too!  A nice low calorie snack as well as a topping. Thank you for a product that has enabled me to stay healthy and keep off the excess pounds!

The Crackers that helped me lose 217 pounds

Here is a funny thing. I have been trying to write to you for over a year, and I did not know how, nor did I know how to get in touch with you. For some time, I would get a answering machine each time I called! I am not writing this to win the prize. I will always buy your product. I am doing this to tell you thank you!

My name is Tony Posnanski, and a year ago, I weighed 420 pounds. I had numbness in my arms, I could barely fit in my car, going to the bathroom was a chore, and I had to drive over an hour to buy my 5xl shirts and size 60 pants.

I finally got scared that I would die. My doctor told me I needed to get gastric surgery. I knew there was another way!

So, I decided to lose weight on my own. I joined Weight Watchers at first, and it was great. They do everything on a point system, so I had to control my portions. Here was my fear though, what is later my portions got larger and larger. Then I would be over 500 pounds, or worse, I would be dead!

Then, I read a book by Tanya Zuckerbrat called “The F Factor”. She wrote about how adding fiber in your diet could change your life. Well, it changed mine! I read about the crackers in the book, and I went out and bought some. I feel in love with them the first time I bit into one.

Now, after a year, through fitness and a very healthy diet, I have lost over 200 pounds, 217.4 to be exact. The GG Crackers are a HUGE part of my life. I but a case every month, and when i run out, I go to Whole Foods or a store called Chamberlain’s to get them! I have so many different uses for them, like melting FF cheese on them, dipping them in salsa, spraying them with spray-butter, or putting them in FF French Onion soup.

I also blog at The Anti-Jared  so you can see my progress.I tried to put pictures on here, but was not able to (theantijared.blogspot.com) As I said, this is just a snapshot of my journey. I just wanted to tell you and your company thank you for everythiing you have done. Please do not put me in the contest, this is just to tell you how awesome your cracker is! I will always be a big fan!!!

I’m no longer a Type 2 diabetic!

Or at least  according to my medical records!  I’ve had a lifelong (50+ years) of dealing with fainting spells caused by low blood sugar.  I was 50 years old when the occasional problem became a serious problem.  My blood sugar showed me to be a diabetic.

My wise physician gave me a copy of Dr. Bernstein’s book on controlling blood sugars.  He recommended GG Bran Crispbread.

Honestly, I was hoping for a substitute for wheat toast and peanut butter and the crispbread did not meet those expectations.  But I learned where they did taste good.  For breakfast, they are wonderful with a cheese slice and some leftover protein (salmon, chicken, bacon, whatever..).  They satifisfied my need for something crunchy with that morning cup of caffeine.

I began to use them in other cooking.  I turned them into crumbs in my blender and they became crispy chicken coating (delicious) or a crunchy topping for my yogurt.

The results of Dr. Bernstein’s diet were immediately obvious.  I dropped 40 pounds in 6 months time.

More amazing, my blood sugar returned to normal levels within 3 months time.

And most amazing, those troubling spells of sudden low blood sugar are gone!  For the first time in my life, I was free of the constant fear of having to find sugar and gobble it.  (One of those memorable times: just before presenting to a big shot, I could feel that slightly sickish feeling that signaled danger.  Just as I was stuffing my face with a Three Musketeers, she walked in.  Her only comment was a very dry and pointedly unfriendly: “You have some chocolate on your face.”)

I remain a non-diabetic by medical record and I attribute a great deal of the success to GG Bran for providing me with a whole grain product that is delicious as well as low carb.
