Black Bean Hummus

• 1 cup cooked black beans
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1Tbsp lemon juice
• 1Tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• kosher salt
• fresh ground pepper

Preparation Directions:

Blend all ingred. together in food processor until almost smooth. Let sit for 15 min. or over night. Serve on GG crispbread.

*also very good using 1/2 cup black beans and 1/2 cup garbanzo beans.

Prep Time – 10 minutes
