3 or 4 slices of GG Brancrispbread
1 oz. of fat-free mozzarella
fat-free tomato sauce
mushrooms
garlic
oregano
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam (or equal non stick coating). Top 3 or 4 GG slices with 1 oz. of fat-free mozzarella, fat-free tomato sauce, mushrooms, garlic and oregano. Bake until cheese melts.

Could you tell me what pam is please
“Pam” is a brand name of a cooking spray used to lubricate the pan or cooking surface so that food does not burn or stick to the surface.
You could use any brand of cooking spray, but Pam has many different types including an Olive Oil spray that would work great with this recipe.
