Crust –

• GG Fiber Sprinkles
• 1 Tbsp Melted Butter / Margerine

Filling –

• Egg substitute
• Chopped cooked broccoli
• Cooked & crumbled sausage
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper

Preparation Directions:

Use crumbled bran crisp with a tbsp of melted butter to form a crust in pie plate; bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Fill the crust with egg substitute, chopped cooked broccoli, cooked & crumbled sausage, & 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. You can substitute spinach for the broccoli. My whole family loves this. It’s hearty, sits heavy and fills you up.

Prep Time – 20 minutes
Cook Time – 30 minutes
