• mushrooms
• 1 onion
• 1/2 avocado
• tomato
• 1/2 cup cilantro
• 1 teaspoon horseradish

Preparation Directions:

Combine half cup of sliced mushrooms, one onion, half of a mashed avocado, one finely sliced tomato, half cup of cut cilantro,(or parsley), teaspoon of redbeet horseradish in a bowl. Drizzle with dash of olive oil and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Garnish atop a GG Bran crispbread and enjoy!

Prep Time -10-15 minutes
