High Fiber Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 cup greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp GG fiber sprinkles
• 1 tbsp chopped pecans
• chopped almonds
• 1 tbsp of ground flax seed
• 1/4 cup blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
• 1 or 2 packets of truvia to sweeten
1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 tbsp GG Fiber Sprinkles 1 tbsp chopped pecans, chopped almonds or 1 tbsp of ground flax seed 1/4 cup blueberries, blackberries or raspberries 1 or 2 packets of truvia to sweeten to your taste (may use honey, maple syrup, or other sweetener) 1. Add your chosen sweetener to yogurt and mix well. 2. Then add your nuts or seeds, and fruits. 3. Add GG Sprinkles last (to avoid getting them soggy) and then enjoy!
