• third of a cup cooked butternut squash ( I bake mine)
• 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
Take about a third of a cup cooked butternut squash ( I bake mine) and mix with it a Tablespoon of Almond Butter, Pecan Butter,or Peanut Butter with a sprinkle of cinnamon. I microwave mixture for about 20 seconds or until it is warm so that they blend together. Spread this on top of the crispbread. Delicious and it is the Perfect Snacker because it contains protein, good fat, carbs and fiber.
Prep Time – 2 minutes if you keep cooked squash on hand.
