Tuna Fish Cakes
• 2 cans chunk light tuna in water (drained)
• 2 eggs
• 2 GG Bran Crispbread crackers (crumbled)
• salt & pepper to taste
Heat just enough olive oil to cover bottom of the pan in a medium skillet, moderate temperature so oil does not smoke. In a mixing bowl, combine: 2 cans chunk light tuna in water (drained) 2 eggs 2 GG Bran Crispbread crackers (crumbled) salt & pepper to taste Form mixture into patties about 1 heaping tbsp each. Fry patties about 3 minutes each side, until cooked through & brown/crispy outside.
Prep Time – 5 minutes
Cook Time – 10 minutes
