White Bean Hummus
• One 15-oz can plus one 8-oz can white beans (cannellini)
• 1 medium onion, diced fine
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/8 tsp red pepper
• 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped very fine
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
After spreading the GG crackers with the hummus, add a dash of chili powder and paprika to the top of the hummus.
