Yummy Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbs skim milk
• 3 ripe bananas, pureed
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup bread flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup GG sprinkles
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the eggs and sugar until creamy in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla extract, milk, applesauce and bananas and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together and then add gradually until mixed well. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Prep Time – 15 minutes
CookTime – 50 – 60 minutes
