Alternative to High-Carb Foods
GG Bran is an excellent alternative to high-carb crackers and breads. I have eaten them with cream cheese and fresh strawberries for a low-carb breakfast, cold cuts and cheese for lunch, and peanut butter and sugar-free jelly for a snack. The cracker itself is very dry so if you’re tasting it plain for the first time you may be put off to it because of that, but it does have a pleasant taste when eaten with food the way I described above. I keep some in my desk drawer at work for snacking.
