Highly recommended. I just got them today and I am thrilled. I got to eat a “cracker” type thing for the first time in over a month on this low carb diet. I think I can hang in for another 20lbs of weight loss with the help of this cracker and the fake peanut butter. I can’t wait to try more stuff like the other reviewers had with it.
