You Can’t Beat That High Fiber
Remember, you’re eating bran. Fiber. If you’re used to eating processed flour products you will hate these, but if you are used to eating high fiber or less processed flour you’ll be Ok. I eat them with lunch meat or peanut butter and they’re actually pretty good. I definitely recommend them. 2 net carbs and 5g fiber – you can’t beat that.
