How Bran Crispbread helped my diet success
I am a faithful follower of the Atkins Diet, and one thing that you lose is the ability to have something truly crunchy. So I did some research on the Internet and I found these wonderful crunch crispbreads that have almost no carbs. The added bonus is that it was filled with fiber. So now I found a great tasting product, filled with fiber and almost no carbs. It was a true wonder. I started designing food that I could eat with the crispbreads, like roast-beef and mozzarella cheese on top of the crispbreads, and then broiled for a minute. I made little pizzas, I spread soy butter on it, I put cream cheese and carb free fruit spread. I can tell you that finding these crunchy, healthy, great tasting crisbread product has helped. Now I used the sprinkles in yogurt, cream cheese deserts like low carb cheesecake, and just plain as a snack. Thank you GG, because of you I have lost almost 45lbs and I am close to the body that I want. Amazing product. I can’t recommend it enough. P.S. Did I say that they are very filling but light? No. Well, they are! They are a great way to add that fiber and fill you up with no fat, almost no carbs and great taste!
